I get placing blame on JB andJT not scoring but Joe doesn’t call any plays, and there isn’t a system in place to get them easy looks. Literally even at our best this season all our offense was drive n kick, pass around the perimeter and drain open looks… no movement no designed plays no strategy at all. So yea the Jays have been terrible but the coach has done everything but help them…
The whole thing will implode after this disaster of a season is over! Jaylen maybe a problem going forward. He'll demand a trade or just wait out his contract and just flat out leave after the 23-24 seasons done and JT WILL leave too in 2024 I'm calling it now. It maybe time to not pull the plug but look to make some trades this offseason! AND YES get rid of Joe! Has potential to be decent down the line but you don't give a kid who just got his license a Ferrari!

While I agree Joe is an awful coach. let’s not act like this isn’t the same crap with now 3 different coaches. It’s always an excuse, the coach, they are young etc. they have no fight in them and no closer. They won’t win shit until they figure out how to win a close game. And this mix can’t do it. Also I’ve said it for years this team will go no where as long as coach/superstar Marcus smart is the voice of them.
This Celtics team is a veteran team was even young players. It’s not like they weren’t the same team from last year actually little bit better. The only thing that changed was the head coach and that significant, especially since it was Joe who I believe should not have gotten the job. Not ready to be a head coach in the NBA. The timeouts or lack there of, adjusting, being an offensive coach and not worrying about defense that ain’t gonna make it here or anywhere in the NBA and this is the result. 😮

Ask the players who they want as a coach?? Do you think pat riley asked the players if they wanted spo to be their coach?? That's why there's no order.. No discipline .. You get the best coach.. You sit down the players that aren't giving 100.

Joe Mazzulla is the Matt Patricia of the Celtics, and this was the same type of mistake the Patriots made last year. Is it not? Instead of going out of house to hire a stud coach, they went with the easy pick inside the house. Bullfuckingcrap, it didn't work.
Celtics get down in a game and instantly go.to.iso ball and hucking up 3s where as Miami gets down and keeps.to.thier game and chips away at it. Taking 50 – threes a game isn't a game plan. They never replaced coaches that left. I remember last year in a playoff game the Celtics were down and came back and when asked what adjustments were made udoka replied with "I told them to stop playing like a-holes" instead of "we won 3 of 4 quarters, we had every intention of winning" " we have to play together" yah no shit, hand a fan out of the stands the clipboard and they could do better. I believe the C's took away the interm title because the team thought udoka was coming back. Tatum and /or brown will never step into the leadership role aslong as Marcus smart is there and thinking he's part of a "big 3" and the leader. And as much as I love al horford asking him to play all these minutes and going against embeid and Bam, centers 10 years younger, just cause he can occasionally make a three is foolish. Rob Williams can wake up and get 10points, 10+rebounds and 2-3+ blocks and has a nice on the court relationship with Tatum and is riding the bench? Mazzula is too reliant on the 3 . If doc rivers and Milwaukee coach can get fired , joe mazzula can most definitely be sent packing. So sick of hearing break up jaylen and Tatum, two all.nba players 25 and 26 yrs old YOU drafted one year apart are things franchises dream of. Just watch post game interviews, mazzula is lost!

Completely agree with Chris and Gary. How do you NOT prepare this team for the biggest game of the season. I have NEVER seen a Celtics team quit like they did that game 3. Hell don't even play for the coach next game. But at least play for your long suffering fans and family though.

I dont think the celtics was gonna win the championship anyway, with this guy or the guy they fired. Tatum and brown can be inconsistent at times…besides Tatum 50, boston havent really had any memorable moments this playoffs

Joe barely has any coaching experience. I just pulled up Denver Nuggets Hc Malone’s resume , it’s a long sheet . He spent mad years as an assistant now he’s about to coach in Nba finals
