Basically seems like Jalen Green and Paul George don’t think it makes sense for Harden to come there, and would hamper Green’s development.

Would happily accept Green for Harden. Green doesn’t need to be our 2nd best guy and is much cheaper.

Jalen Green is part of the problem though WRT why Houston even wants Harden. He wants the touches and high usage, but he cannot playmake. Where does that leave him? He’s a black hole on offense. If you’re the FO, you are scrambling to find a playmaker so Green learns how to play more efficiently. It would not hamper his development either – Harden plays sub 30 mins, leaving Green and a new PG with 34+ mins.
I mean I write all this, but I do not want to see us lose Harden for nothing to Houston.
