How is Doc still getting considered for HC jobs??? He’s failed to meet expectations at every stop since his one title a decade and a half ago. Yes, the players are at fault as well (I never believe it’s all one or the other) but eventually anyone considering him has to stop and think “He’s the only common denominator in all these teams that underperformed. Maybe not risk that happening to us, too.” The assistant thing is plausible if he can deflate the ego some.
