Stephen A is master of the obvious. Teams like the Celtics have morphed into an outside shooting offenses. When their shots fall, they are difficult to beat. But there is an element of inconsistency to even the best outside shotting teams. So they live and die with the 3 point shot. The nuggets can clean the boards and establish alternate play styles in addition to their outside shooting. They pick and roll off Jokic, they overload certain points on the court and then look to drive the offense back inside. The point is they dont have to live and die with the outside shot. Joker is an absolute juggernaut for a single player to guard if he is anywhere within 12' of the hoop. Maybe his play style will reinvigorate teams to develop more power, outside inside approach to ball.
These people really wanna discredit Jokic so much. Its okay that Jokic beat AD, thats what the best player in the world does. Some of those shot Jokic did, no one was going to stop him. But for some reason everyone wants to claim players who Jokic beat up on are bad players now because they lost to Jokic. Lakers was a strong team just got beat by a stronger team. Memphis and gs was no match for lakers but nuggets is like a team of 90 strong all over no weak spot and lakers couldn't take advantage like they did Memphis and gs
