Everything but a chip – NBA TV new documentary – (2001 Allen Iverson Finals run)
NBA TV to Premiere Everything But the Chip Documentary Revisiting Allen Iverson & the Philadelphia 76ers’ Memorable Run to the 2001 NBA Finals, Wednesday, May 31, at 8 p.m. ET
This team won only ONE game in the finals but I can't recall a more iconic runner up finish in NBA history that gets more recognition than the actual winners/champions of that year. That's how charismatic A.I. is.
This was a great season for the Sixers.. As a Lakers fan, i admired their constant fight. AI was so deserving of the MVP that season. They’d never had that great season without Allen Iverson. Looking forward to this doc.
I hope the current Sixers squad will be watching this documentary because they definitely need to especially because the 2000-01 Sixers had so much toughness & grit sigh I really wish they would’ve won the chip that year but that Lakers squad was a lot man
