hey bro. i cant go hooping everyday to a normal hoop. do you think that having a shorter hoop at home i would be able to improve my shooting?
i usually do a drill until a certain amount of makes for every drill. should i keep doing this or would it be better/more efficient to set a rep goal regardless of make or miss instead?
How can I make a challenge with finishing and ball handling if I train alone?
