Hope the new coach develops internal talent too. Like the develop the bench and not do limited rotation.
Perhaps the Raptors will take him but if Nick Smith is available they will likely go with him and if he is not then they may still prefer Hawkins over Bufkin . Smith has more upside and if he had not had some injuries that hindered his season he would have been a potentiol top 6 pick

I still think the raptors will take bilal coulibaly. Masai went to France to scout this guy when people thought he went to watch Wemby. This was early in the season so we weren’t in a position to even draft wemby. We weren’t tanking!! We were talking about the playoffs, and here we had Masai personally fly out to France to watch who people said was Wemby. It wasn’t Wemby. . I’m sure he looked him but at that time we were talking playoffs so how were we going to draft wemby ? We were waiting Porter Jr to come back. Now who on that team did we have a realistic chance of drafting ? bilal coulibaly because at that time he was expected go somewhere in the 20’s where we had a chance of picking. Now you fast forward and he’s expected to in the teen’s where we’re picking 🤔 When the raptors are drafting you can’t look at who we’re suppose to pick. We weren’t suppose to pick Bruno, we weren’t suppose to Barnes, we weren’t even suppose to pick Banton. Masai doesn’t pick who the masses think he should pick.. This guy has an obsession with the Giannis type which is why he drafted Barnes, which is why he reached for Bruno, and which is why we had a whole team of 6,9 guys. Now he has the option to pick the same body type but this guy is coming with a shot unlike Barnes, he’s more athletic than Barnes. The perfect scenario is to keep the 13th pick and to trade Siakam to move into the Top 10. If they can achieve this then losing GTJ, FVV & Siakam is a painless transition. Sure, we might be a fringe team, but we’re moving forward not stagnating.
