Basketball is way different than baseball. The exhostion level alone can take a big toll in basketball whereas baseball , you are sitting in a dugout until your turn is up. The rendition of performance varies greatly in comparison. Boston is on fumes right now and not as confidant to win at home at all. They have lost in the first two and nothing can be more unassuring this for the celtics. It is weighing more pressure on them to not let this last game slip away from them more so than miami because of the expectancy of them winning the series against the heat. They were expected to beat miami easily, but there's pure doubt now and even more so in a game 7. This can go either way, but Miami has greater hunger and they can pull it off.
The awareness to literally touch shoot that shot was high level intuition, any other type shot takes too long, not to mention him crashing the boards and not waiting for the miss.
