The contact was at 3 seconds, what exactly is so confusing about it? The definition of continuation means AFTER the foul, the clock still stops on the foul.
That's not true… they were gona go bck and look at thr shot no matter what to make sure they got it right… its literally a rule lol… Joe challenging it is what gave them more time.. and the clock thats in the game isn't the same as the clock we see on tv…… was the game live, yes, but with like a 3 second delay.. they had a chance to win only cuz of Joe's challenge
Smatt and White were the only Celtics to make a 3 in this abysmal shooting night, dont blame Smart for launching or White for getting Smart the ball over Brown (who outside of game 5 shot like 18% from three in this series).
They put the clock to 3 second because of the challenge. If it was just an "is it 2 or 3 free throws" review then they just look for that, but with the challenge they look at the play and determine if it's a foul, then when the foul occurs they freeze it and check the time and set the clock to that. It was because it was a challenge, and when the contact occurs there is 3 on the clock.
Do these guys have no memory or did they even watch? Spo used his challenge really in the game, he didn't have one to change the 3 free throws vs 2, nevermind that the refs can look at it in that situation to make sure without a challenge. The announcers brought up no challenge left for the heat like 5 times in the 4th quarter.

u all talk like the foul on tatum on jimmy was legit. it was a clean block. it was rigged for miami, we just willed the game no matter what the calls
Al Horford was wide open for a 3pt also if DWhite could of dished it out to him real quick
If Celtics don’t take it this year next year they will
That's not true. They were gonna go back and look if that was a 2 or 3 shot foul regardless of the challenge..
They put 3 seconds back on the clock because the time we see on TV is not accurate with the clock on the scorers table you should know that
Brown was open? What? Bam is right on top of him.
It should be a 2 shots foul. 3 seconds are good call. If not this and that, Butler travelled.
