Referee Carl Lewis is now being under investigated by the NBA due to ties with family being a die hard celtics fan and other issue that lead to Lakers losing to the Celtics. He was the closest referee to where the action was taking where Lebron drive to the basket and Tatum fouled him but Carl Lewis did not call the foul. And it was a clear foul.
