The top of the 2023 NBA Draft is no mystery. Victor Wembanyama to the Spurs. Pencil that in. So really, the Draft starts at 2 with the Charlotte Hornets, and they are in quite an interesting position. While lead guard Scoot Henderson is widely seen as the clear 2nd best prospect in the class, the Hornets already have LaMelo Ball, another lead guard who they selected 3rd overall in 2020 and has already been named to the All Star Game. With GM Mitch Kupchak suggesting that they may be looking at pieces to complement Ball, all eyes turn to Brandon Miller, the 6-9 shotmaking wing coming off an incredibly efficient season at Alabama. So what should the Hornets do? Should they draft for fit or just take the best player available? That’s what this video will try to answer.
