Draymond loves talking about culture, leadership, and veteran presence when the whole organization, from owner—>gm—>coach—>players, talk about how he’s a struggle to work with.
Before y’all attack me, i know we don’t win any rings without him and we probably won’t win anymore if he leaves, but the lack of self-awareness and self-improvement is so fucking toxic.

Matt Steinmetz had this suggestion: promote Kerr to GM.
I’m not mad at this and it could bring some continuity. He can do it in a Gregg Popovich manner, or just step down like Brad Stevens. I think Steve is a great coach (better than a GM as his stint in Phoenix showed us) but maybe it’s time to shake it up a bit from the front office, to the bench, to player personnel.
