I saw an old clip of Draymond on JJ Redicks pod last year after the finals and he said the same exact shit about the Warriors figuring out if they send our entire team left, we start dribbling the ball off our feet and can’t do anything lol. How do NBA players and an NBA coaching staff not address that from the Finals the previous year????

One of our biggest adjustments this series was sending Jimmy left because he’s a way better shooter getting to his right
Also sending Lowry right … he doesn’t take jumpers to his right, so he’d have to finish over our bigs
Tatum doesn’t roll his ankle and everyone’s probably roasting Jimmy Butler for going invisible in the series.
Our normal shots go in and everyone’s clowning Miami for losing the 3-0 lead.
It’s all luck really.
So if Brown can only play in one direction, then does that mean Stevens can offer him half the max deal?

It’s crazy to me we don’t use him more without the ball. Having weak ball handling you’d think we could run him off screens more and get him in situations where the defender isn’t glued to him

Same story with Jimmy but the Celtics didn’t stick to it.
That only works because the zone forces 3 point opportunities that we couldnt convert with our role players. We need an upgrade on horford, and decide whether we should trade smart or white since they have similar games perhaps we trade for a more complete pg instead of having two combo guards.

Edit: for the downvoters – did you watch the same game as the rest of us? Have you watched any games? Hardly a shocking comment to say he’s a bad ball handler. Dude is awesome, but he cannot be a primary point man running an offense. He wilts.
Here’s hoping this is fuel for our guys to improve. Anyone who’s seen Jaylen (and Jayson’s) improvement from college know they can do it.
