The Toronto Raptors may not have the highest pick in the 2023 NBA draft, but there is still a HUGE opportunity to find some high-quality talent that can address a major problem the team faced this season. The 13th overall pick has seen some major successes in the past with the like of Kobe Bryant, Devin Booker, Donovan Mitchell, and more, and Masai Ujiri’s front office will be looking to replicate that.
One player in particular who could hit the heights of these players is a point guard out of the University of Kentucky basketball problem. Many Raptors fans have been intrigued and so am I because Cason Wallace would be an outstanding fit for the Raptors with his talent levels and abilities. He would make a great backup to Fred VanVleet or a starter if the team looks to sign a trade steady Freddy.

Im picking the next best player in the draft Wallace is not it. This is not worth talking about
I reallly like Cason at 13 but a lot of teams can use him before we get to him. Players do tend to drop with injury hislory, mainly Cason, George and Nick. In case these players are not available, I would like to see a profile on Jalen Hood-Schifino for sure. He can handle the ball, distribute and shoot a bit. Solid #4 rank at 13th pick
