The most underrated team we had in the LeBron-AD days.
Schroeder-KCP-Lebron-AD-Gasol. Best defense in the league and a 21-6 run before injuries.
Anyone who says Gasol was a liability need to go back and re-watch those games. He fit AD’s style perfectly. The 2 of them covered each other’s weaknesses.
We just needed a slightly better PG so that Schroeder could’ve come off the bench.

i was so hyped when we got Marc. He was the ideal center for AD to play alongside. He got a bad rap cause his three point shot wasn’t falling but i remember our defense was still top notch.
Still upset we treated him like shit like his older brother. Gave up his starting spot for Drummond. Didn’t even give him significant playing time in the playoffs(played garbage time). It was like we were forcing him to retire so his final year didn’t go towards the cap which he did.
