Thibs is showing such improvements as a coach and yes, it because we have finally began using that Johnny Bryant coaching code. It is also a MASSIVE help that we have players that were also refined by Jay Wright in Brunson and Hart. What also helps is we have so many high iq players along with Brunson and Hart, in Grimes & Quickely too.

It's kinda funny that Lee says he's a believer in Tibs then qualifies it by saying that Tibs must be listening to Johnny Brants more and that's the reason for Tibs' success. Where's the proof of that? That's a total fantasy and worse than that none of us have seen Jonny Bryant coach a single game in our lives, not even summer league. This is a slight variation on the Randle is playing well so trade him while his value is high pseudo logic and the Tibs won but it's the players that did it/Tibs lost so let's fire him mantra I've been hearing all season but people are to embarrassed to try saying it anymore. Let's not be giving Johnny Bryant credit for anything but telling Tibs how many minutes each player has played so far tis game like he 's been doing for the last 2 years until we see the proof. You just know if that nonsense goes unchallenged the first rough patch they'll be calling for Bryant to take over as coach. I think the thing people don't get about doing a job like Tibs has now(or any important job)is that more than half of it is politics and keeping people happy. He can bench RJ now because he can reasonably say to Rose that Josh Hart is better and so is Quickley but he wasn't going to be able to say the same thing when all we had on the bench was someone like Deuce to put in the game. Remember the guy has already benched Rose, Fournier, and Cam already this year and they were all Rose signings or trades
Knicks got kinda lucky cause Boston shot 42 3s and missed many of them. Knicks have to make those free-throws too.

The difference between IQ and RJ is simple. IQ truly improves his game in every way imaginable (shooting %, defense, passing, confidence), and RJ is NOT improving at all. He's got paid, then he got slower, smh.
