The Toronto Raptors are going to make huge changes to their roster. reports and rumors have been circulating suggesting that the Raptors are going to make a huge trade before the NBA draft and that trade will be to trade Pascal Siakam to the Portland Trailblazers for the third overall pick and 3 additional players, these players being Anfernee Simmons, Nassir Little and Keon Johnson. Now the three additional players are really what we are interested in we are interested in that lottery pick and many have speculated that at number 3 Scoot Henderson will be picked at the third spot in the Draft. This would be huge for the Toronto Raptors because right after they lost to the Chicago Bulls in the play-in tournament General manager and president of basketball operations Masai Ujiri said that there were going to be massive changes to the Toronto Raptors of course we’ve already seen some of those changes, Nick HNurse the head coach for the past 5 years was let go and the Raptor are still in search of for a new head coach. And big changes are exactly what the Raptors need because the Toronto Raptors have been mediocre for far too long, they have been a middle-of-the-pack team, meaning they are never good enough to go deep into the playoffs but also they are never bad enough to get lottery picks. It’s high time the Toronto Raptors blow it up and start rebuilding around Scottie Barnes and this would be a great way to implement that plan, Drafting Scoot Henderson would be great for them. He is a most explosive Guard that reminds me of young John Wall or a Young Rusell Westbrook he would be a great addition to Scottie Barnes. And as much as Toronto Raptors fans love Pascal Siakam it’s time for him to be traded because this current iteration of this team has plateaued and is in need of a fresh reset. There have also been reports about the Philadelphia 76ers eying Fred Vanvleet to replace James Harden as speculations about James Harden’s future with the 76ers are in the air. But expect a lot of changes from the Toronto Raptors This summer.

Don’t waste ur time raptors had chance to get top 5 pick but choose to make the play in Portland ain’t giving us there pick
Pascal has not plateaued as a player. His value has peaked but you have no evidence that his skills has plateaued. What we have seen is Pascal improved which is contrary to a plateau.
Last year everyone said "oh we won 49 games last year. You don't trade the best player on a contending team, blah blah blah" then sure enough, the team comes back down to earth and even still, some fans are stuck on the past. The reality is we should've liquidated our core guys during the Tampa season, and we're already 2 years behind on the rebuild, with dwindling assets. Time to smarten up and do a real rebuild for once. Kawhi is gone and we are not getting another one through trade.
Pascal for 3rd and Simmons is such a good deal. Let Pascal go thrive in Portland with Dame. We need to build a young roster around Scottie.
Rebuilding is not a good idea for Toronto. No team in right mind will blow up their team and draft prospects thinking they are going to be better. Keep your core and build around them . The team will lose its fan base once the loosing starts. I ma glad your are not the GM Toronto is not a free agent destination so you can not afford to give away your all Stars and all defense players

if this trade goes through id be more then happy. Simons is a big piece to come back as well, could be interesting to give him that #1 option and see how it goes.

Raptors are running it back. Fans want a rebuild. Masai believes in the core and will run it back. These rumours are pipe dreams. We will be in the play in again next year.
I've been saying it for awhile now. If you think this season was pretty rough…Just wait for the 2023-2024 season. I doubt much will change in terms of the roster unless Masai/ Bobby decide to be more reasonable with player values. I'm not 100% sure that FVV is staying nor do we really knwo the future of Siakham. I guess only time will tell…
