Just hire Jordi
I’m guessing he also has no opinion on who to draft on the 22nd. He seems … Preoccupied.
Skype it is
And Serg must be the guy, seems they’re just waiting for him. They could’ve hired Jordi already and such but they’re letting the hiring sit in formalities phase
Might as well wait for the finals to be over at this point to speak with the 2 excellent assistants still in it
Is it not every coaches goal to be a head coach in the NBA?
Were they not aware of the finals schedule or were they hoping he could somehow squeeze in a quick 15,000km round trip for an interview in the midst of prepping his team for a finals run?
Either way it’s weird.
I don’t care for them to rush this but this is getting stupid. He literally worked for the team and they’ve interviewed him, so how much more information do they possibly need? And did they not know whst his playoff schedule looked like?
Sergio is the smokescreen lol I’m sure of it.
Pretty ridiculous. You see 3 coach signings today. Waiting so long means we’re missing out on quality staff. I’m not sold on any of these coaches and feel like the whole international flair to the team is overdone. Being patient here is biting us in the ass.
Jordi Fernandez, come on down!
