  1. I think James Harden will move to Houston

Harden is leaving Philadelphia for Houston.
    1. Next season's Houston Rockets salary is only $57 million. I have to spend 90% of my salary cap, so I have to spend about $70 million more. (Kevin Porter was only guaranteed $15 million during the contract)

    2. Because of the NBA's 38-year-old rule, Harden cannot renew his five-year contract with Philadelphia.

    3. Pennsylvania has an income tax of 4%. Texas and Florida have an income tax of 0%

. 4. The most Harden could earn was four years and $210 million if he signed with the 76ers. If you go to another team, it's 4 years and 200 million dollars, but Philadelphia has to sign Tyrese Maxey and can't give Harden a lot of money.

  2. Irving will most likely stay in Dallas. My guess is 5 years, $210 million
Also compare state taxes in Texas and California (I'm not an American nor a tax accountant, so I don't know the details)

  3. I would sign him to a two year extension, definitely not 3. I want to see what his health is after 2025.
