Also from draft insider Rafael Barlowe’s pod: Despite a Harden return, the Rockets look set on taking a Thompson twin (heavily insinuated Amen) at 4. No trading up or out of the pick and no drafting a guy like Whitmore or Hendricks for fit
If we don’t get harden back we’re far and away the worst team in the west unless Portland or Jazz decide to blow it up which seems unlikely
So whether they want to compete or not we simply won’t have the talent to do so
