Yeah, definitely take the best player available. Part of me hopes we get Scoot, but in all fairness we should wait to see ~~his~~ Miller’s video and interview once he works out with the Blazers.
But so far I like Scoot, and hope we get him and the FO/coaching staff figures out how to put it all together.

Whoever we pick it’s really Charlotte’s choice, seems clear we’re just taking whichever of Miller/Scoot they don’t.

I hope Scoot is available at 3 because I think he’ll have better draft day trade value. But if we end up keeping the pick then I hope Miller is available at 3. Either way I think the Blazers are in a winning position.
