Any chance the blazers offer Charlotte a pick or 2 and a player to move up to #2??
Beck mentions the Warriors should have traded the #2 pick and others that brought Kuminga and Moody, for veteran help for their championship level roster. That is a LOOOOOOONG way from the situation the Blazers are in. Dame has been incredible as an individual, but 3 of the last 4 years, they were sub .500. That is nothing like the Warriors situation with a high Draft pick. It sucks this wasn't done years ago when they weren't good, or after they got swept by the Pelicans, but now, the window seems to be closing because the young players won't be ready and they won't get anyone from the assets they have that would make them a legit contender.

Obviously you didn’t watch the interview thru and thru. He was asked if one of those trades were to happen which one would he be like one that’s not bad? And that’s when he gave those answers. But he also asked right after that when the season starts does he expect to be a blazer he said yes he expects to be here…. He has said multiple times he wants to be here and he wants improvements to complete. It’s not that hard. And everybody reading too much into things.
Lastly trading Dame doesn’t mean anything for both parties. He could go to another team and it doesn’t work out. They keep the pick and the player doesn’t workout or leave when once they start to take off.
After reading the Brandon Miller incident, I have some serious questions about the character he surrounds himself with. Getting to know his network of friends is more important than, can he play?

Draft Amen. Way better fit with Dame and Ant, Sharpe. Has elite potential at highly desirable aspects of team basketball.
CJ just correctly stated that ultimately it will be the NBA market that determines a Lillard trade or not. If a reasonable deal isn’t available then no trade.

I watched this interview. Custer of the Showtime "Last Stand" gave him 4 choices of teams to go to if he had to. Don't want to take what he said out of context.
What if Blazers don't get Scoot and lose Dame. That's what they get.
