Christian Braun scored a playoff-career-high 15 points as the Denver Nuggets defeated the Miami Heat 109-94 in Game 3 of the #NBAFinals presented by YouTube TV. Nikola Jokic (32 points, 21 rebounds, 10 assists) and Jamal Murray (34 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists) led the way for the Nuggets, while Jimmy Butler tallied 28 points for the Heat. The Nuggets lead this best-of-seven series, 2-1, with Game 4 taking place on Friday, June 9 (8:30 p.m. ET, ABC).

It’s crazy some people are saying this was a fluke game for him. Casuals. This kid has been doing things like this all year long. He even did it in game 2 in the second quarter but he didn’t see much playing time for the rest of that game. Nuggets definitely noticed that in film and decided to play him down the stretch game 3.

With Joker and Murray as your corner pieces, Denver keeps drafting those good 3 and D wings that are athletic and long. Once KCP gets a little older, you can slide Braun in a couple years into that role while.
Christian is going to fit right in with the Nuggets.

Thing I like about Braun is his spunk. At Kansas he changed the dynamics of their team to be unwilling to accept losing, and I think his attitude does have a positive impact on the chemistry of the Nuggets – always nice to have hustler on the team with an attitude!
He muscled with Jimmy Butler near the end to make the basket. Jimmy Butler looked gas out and has no more energy to go against this young dude.

Um………pretty sure it was Joker's and Murray's 66 points in 89 minutes that won the game. Especially when Braun had 15 points and they won by 15. Braun did great though, nice team win.
And to think they got him this low in the draft pick. 21st pick.
I'd love to see DENVER dominate for the next 5-6 years.
