Fix coachin staff. Get rid of brown. Dude was so up and down or non existent all playoffs.
I keep saying this we need a POINT a playmaker a guy who can put people in their spots and run the offense cp3,rondo type player. We also need a center who can rebound and defend. trade brogdon he really brings no value yes he won 6th man but there was a lot of games he wasn’t helping run the games at all.

I’d keep brown unless a superstar comes available that we don’t see coming like an embiid. Re sign you can still trade him in 2/3 years if you haven’t gotten over the hump. He’ll be in his prime so he’ll still have good trade value.

Don NOT Run it Back. This Celtic Team is in ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT! They loss Game 7, The same way they loss Game 7( at home ), when They Faced Lebron and The Cleveland Cavs. I have 3 Trades that will get Boston a Championship:
1) Trade Rob Williams to Houston, for Alperen Sugun and TaeSean Tate.
2) Trade Jaylen Brown to Chicago for Demar Derozen
3) Trade Marcus smart to Toronto for Fred VanFleet.
That Trade gives Boston Playmaking Center( Segun “ The Baby Jokic “ ), a Veteran Closer ( Derozen ), and a Championship-Pedigree Point Guard( VanFleet ). Now, Jayson Tatum will have Players Capable of Doing Some of The Things he has to do, which would Allow him to be just a SCORER and GOOD DEFENDER!

The Celtics are going to be just fine. Brown is going to get his supermax, then when Tatum is up he'll get his and Boston's front office will do whats needed to to keep building the team around them. Sure at some point in the future its going to get harder for the FO to keep adding to the team but go look at their main comp in the East w/MIA,MIL & PHI and their financial situations they're heading into over the next year or two and see that they all have cap problems looming as well.
This team has been on the cusp of a championship for a few years now and that was with 3 different HC's in 3 years. Tatum & Brown are just 25&26yrs old,you don't break them up, you keep building around them until it finally clicks for them and they get over that hump.
Young Coach, good rotation of veterans and young players, need veteran assistant coaches. A $300 million contract, no matter what the NBA market is, is a huge amount to mortgage your future,a 2nd one next season!! I'm like former Bucks owner, Herb Kohl, who some years ago said, "give me the hundreds of millions of dollars, you take the franchise, and we'll call it a day." Classic .😂😂

Even if Celtics won Game 7 vs Miami Heat they would not have won the NBA Finals based on their on/off performance.
I think they just need a 3rd scoring option that isn't coming off the bench.

Health Gallo and Brogden makes a difference in the playoffs, also Tatum getting hurt deprived people of a probable 40 Pt Game & performance. Not saying they would win but a difference is made with a healthy Tatum.
