Guys the owners wanted Lee and Cassell. They want insurance for one of the most expensive rosters in the league. Joe will accept them and like it or be unemployed…
Celtics were 2nd in the league in 3PA, 2nd from the bottom in 2PA as a % of the offense. They shot 62 more threes in the ECF than the Heat and made 8 fewer. The Celtics offense is an abomination. Lee and Cassell are here to give them actual NBA schemes on both sides of the ball
I’m confused… everyone knew Brad lost the locker room & needed to go. Celtics were cheap and didn’t want to pay him and fire him, so they let Ainge go & gave Brad his position. So why should Brad be trusted to lead this team when he was fired as their coach for not knowing how to lead his team???
Patrick Ewing would be an okay assistant for Rob and any bench big they bring to Boston
