Listen the heat over achieved this season. There's no doubt about that. I guarantee you not many people have them going to the finals again. They definitely have a core group of guys that can develop and be future players. I think the whole organization is at least one piece or two from legitimately becoming world champions. They definitely can hold their heads up because they gave everybody a run for their money in Denver. Knew it. That's why the Joker showed his respect along with Jamal Murray before they started to celebrate.
Trade Vincent, Strus, Herro since they were all disappearing acts during the Finals. Get a star like Harden in return or with any luck KD will be ready to leave Phoenix midseason and will be available for trade. Oh and unpopular opinion but it is time to get a new head coach, how many chances will Spoelstra get? he is a coach that clearly cannot close the deal and win a championship, this Heat team needs a new leader.

In this revamp -107,436,000 would be being traded for the 2023-2024 season
Naz Reid is better offensively than bam and Erik Spoelstra could get Naz Reid playing at a high defensive level.
Jerami Grant is a free agent so we have leverage in a sign-and-trade if we need to go that route or he comes as a free agent.
I would trade Bam and Herro for Dame, because Naz Reid can replace bam and give better production on both sides of the floor and we just made it to the finals without herro (He only played two games)

The only reason we developed such solid undrafted role players is because we gave bad contracts to players beforehand that are often injured or underperform. We need to make smarter moves going forward and clean up the roster.

Dame makes 63M at age 36 in the 26/27 season. That's a lot to commit to and I think it's going to contribute to a difficulty in trading him.
The new CBA is going to have teams approaching trades and finances much differently than we're accumstomed to.
If you do the numbers just on Jimmy, Dame and Bam, it becomes tight and leaves little room for flexibility considering the new consequences for spending more.
