This is not rocket science you guys obviously haven’t done your homework. The Nets don’t own their picks the Rockets do so they are not motivated to rebuild and help the Rockets out. They are motivated to try to get better.

The Raptors should have traded a ton of their star players and didn’t and chose to run it back. They probably aren’t trading Siakim.
The Blazers 100% can’t draft the #3 and keep Dame. Those are facts so unless they are trading Dame the Blazers are desperate.
The rumours are Simons doesn’t have too much value on the trade market on his own. Another fact is Scoot is the second best player in the draft and the Blazers own the 3rd pick. If the Hornets don’t screw this up and draft Scoot the #3 and Simons won’t get much let alone Bridges or Siakim.
Watch to see after all is said and done the Blazers will be forced to trade Dame. I’m sorry I just doubt Scoot will be available at the #3 regardless of the Hornets playing mind games acting they they will draft Miller. The issue is the Blazers have to make the #3 pick before they can trade it so everyone is going to know if Scoot is available or not. If not Blazers are screwed.
The Blazers will have to rebuild sooner or later, and they already started it last year with Sharpe. They need to trade their #3 to the Raptors for the #6 and #11, get Hendricks and Lively. Hendricks is a better shooter than Miller and better defender. They need to trade Dame to Miami for the #18 + picks and players and get a jump start on the rebuild now while Dame's trade value is high. If they wait 1 or 2 years and try to build around Dame with the limited resources to trade, they may get as high as the 2nd round only. Then later they will start the rebuild with no young players and no picks to work with. Portland will be like Sacramento with a 12 year rebuild. Their best way to contend is through the draft, like Denver, like OKC, like Milwaukie because they are a small market city and don't attract free agents. Cronin will do Dame a favor by trading him to a contender instead of trying to build one in a short time frame.
If we do not trade Dame this summer, we are doomed for the next decade.

Ugh oh my God, this fantasy needs to stop. Portland ain't going anywhere fast with that front office. The franchise needs to e rebuilt from the ground up starting with forcing Jody to sell the team.
If Dame really wants to win a championship, he needs to be traded to the either the Heat, Nuggets, or Bucks. Knicks and Nets are a waste of time and prime.
