The original Amen was an Egyptian diety–full name, Amen Ra (pronounced raw)–which means that, when in the locker room shower–wherever he ends up in the league–this prospect, Amen Thompson, will also be known as Amen Ra, though he'd more accurately be Amen Raw (in the raw) while it's great that he's talented enough that, when in the showers, he's not likely to be the kind of unfortunate guy who can't get a good grip on a slippery bar of soap and sometimes drops it in front of his teammates.
