    Delany dude also a development coach apparently, they really be going all in for development it seems. All three coaches they got so far specialize in development for players

    Delany was previously an assistant coach with the Wizards (two seasons), the Magic (three seasons) and the Hornets (four seasons). Prior to that he was head coach for the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the G-League for one year; in that year the team was third overall in the G-League, and had the top defense (but the 3rd worst offense). He generally has a rep for being a defensive development sort of assistant coach.
