The Toronto Raptors have been named in multiple reports as a team that is trying to trade up into the top 3 of this year’s NBA Draft. Adrian Wojnarowski reported today that the Raptors have hired two top assistant coaches in the NBA. Ben Rogers breaks it all down.

Idk if this is an unpopular opinion, but I would 100% trade pascal and a 2nd as well as another bench player for the 3rd pick, simons and sharpe

Update to comments: Raptors have some of the best sports doctors in the league and they know how to handle load management like kawhi, lowry
It makes no sense to trade Pascal for dudes who have off court issues. This would constitute a tank until the young guys improve
The Raptors front office is overrated: if you're that set on the top-3 in the draft, then you don't trade away your first for a longshot at the playoffs. Other teams have been thirsting after OG for most of the year and a bidding war would be amazing for returns

@benrogers if siakam is traded the team is bottoming out, poeltl isnt coming back either then. poeltl for nurkic and 23rd pick and call it a lottery season next year with barnes and og as your number 1 and 2 options.

If Fred walks, the Raptorsphere will owe Rob a huge apology, imho. Pensare is the most hated Raptor channel but he brought a ton of good content last year. When Blake Murphy goes onto the show and cant argue with Robert, the only choice was to ignore him. Everyone's positive bias created a space where Robert's ideas were a SYNTAX ERROR.

Siakam for simons and 3rd pick is nice. Drafting scoot in the 3rd and Leonard Miller in the 13th or Drafting Brandon Miller in the 3rd and Wallace for the 13th.

The time to trade Pascal and get maximum value is now. He won’t be as effective later in his career like Lowry is because he isn’t a great shooter. Max his value and get some exciting young players in return. Shoot for Scoot!
I reckon Masai SHOULD include the Sun and the Moon in a trade deal with Charlotte. What are they gonna do with them they are stuck in space. Masai has shown he can outplay most front offices and I think this could be a great chance to get the No. 2 pick. Let’s go Raptors!!!
