I’m sure there’s more random role player performances (specifically from guards) vs the Jazz but the one that immediately comes to mind is Anfernee Simons early last season. I think he had 45 points on not that crazy amount of shots.

This is just disrespectful. Anyone at the NBA level can drop a good performance on you. Title should say “unexpected” instead of “fakest”.
