Called it, Amens shot is completely unfixable
If Whitmore really is our guy we might as well trade down to 5 or 6 and pickup a prospect or pick from Detroit or Orlando.
Personally I’d rather keep 4 and take BPA, which will be either Miller, Scoot, or Amen.
Drafting Cam at 4 is a mistake.
I like Whitmore as a prospect pretty well and don’t really feel like he’s a reach at #4. But if the Rockets take him and this isn’t a smokescreen, then it better be because they have it locked that Harden (or another great playmaker) is coming. Otherwise we are getting another season of everyone creating for themselves and doing badly at it.

Whitmore seems more like udokas guy than amen. Whitmore doesn’t have as steep of a path to be a star than Amen. IMO.
It’s not Givony, it’s Wasserman and he has already changed it back to Amen.

I think Cam will be a nice starter, but I have no belief in projecting an All-star to All-NBA outcome for him. Why not take Dariq Whitehead with our later firsts who gives you better isolation scoring upside and still has growth into his frame upside. Wings with average handle and poor decision making are not stars. This would be a mistake imo.

I ben saying this. Move down to 6 for man with a trade for Zion and hopeully snag jett at 20. Without harden i think Cams shooting will help us all and i belive Ime willl turn Zion around.
