I think if MDJ is making the pick the emphasis will be a playmaker. Not necessarily someone older.

Given the roster, I don’t think any player other than a big would even play. Is BP even playing above Rollins?

I don’t see this is a “change of strategy” as much as it is simply being in a position in the draft where drafting experienced, lower-ceiling players makes more sense.
