If he’s declining his option, means he looking for something bigger. I don’t think that makes sense for us.
I think I’ve read he can sign a 1 + 1 deal with Denver where the second year is a player option – then after the first year he opts out, Denver has his bird rights so they can resign him to a longterm deal and go over the cap
bruce isn’t going anywhere. they’ve been very vocal on all sides about that. it’s just a longer term plan with them
