Drafting a center? Daring aren’t we
It doesn’t make any center to climb in the draft to select a center while having Claxton and Sharpe. And it doesn’t make any sense to trade Claxton for a pick if you plan to compete now and keep the current core of the twins.
They could just be working him out to get to know him (teams sometimes do this)
If they do draft a center, I won’t necessarily be happy. It’s a cool strategy as a contender but I’d love to see the team draft guards or forwards

If we trade Claxton for the chance to draft a center who we hope will be as good as Claxton then man…I don’t know what to say

This guy is one of the players I’m least excited about in the draft…. seems like just a guy who can play center. Poor man’s claxton at this point.
Claxton is not getting traded. Lively would get picked and then sent to the Blazers or he would be the backup project big. They are over Sharpe. Marks loves Claxton.
