Honestly at surface level this seems like a meh pick. He is one of the oldest players in the whole draft which is concerning when we rarely play our rookies/young players. Just for comparison Hyland is a year younger than him so he kinda has to be good now and actually play for this to make sense. Also his three point shooting is concerning when he shot 20 percent for three years then jumped to 45 percent this last year, hopefully it is not a fluke.
All these mock drafts I’m looking at had him going mid to late 2nd round, this is such a Clippers pick.

I watched pretty much every one of Kobe’s games at Mizzou. You guys are gonna love him. Great dude, hard worker, and has become a great shooter. Shot 45% from three last year while playing as a big man on our pretty undersized team. Strong finisher as well. I am now a Clippers fan. Let’s ride.
