Fun fact I just learned: Adrian Griffin’s daughter Aubrey plays for UConn’s Women’s team

The guy is physically incapable of shooting, which is an issue. But if he can defend wings and play with energy along with his playmaking ability he will be a useful rotation player.

This guy is Matisse Thybul with better athleticism and playmaking.
If you get anything out of his scoring that is a great pick at 36

I like what I see. If he’s just a 25 min defensive specialist that developed a corner three I’ll take it. We need someone that can harnessing and pester the other teams best. Jrue being on the best doesn’t allow him any focus on anything but that and at his age we saw how that worked.

He looks like an absolute stud with elite passing. He can have a role on this team

His shooting is horrid, but man, his effort, defense, and athleticism are off the charts.
If we could pick up another young, upside guy like Emoni Bates, Ricky Council IV, Terquavion Smith, or Chris Livingston this will have been a nice draft to boost our youth.

A uconn fan broke his game down for me in a comment. I blew my load

As a UConn fan, I don’t know if I’ve seen a college basketball player who put more of his heart and soul into every play as Jackson. The kind of guy who dives for loose balls up 30 points against f-tier opponents. At least once a game he’d make a play that you would go “how the hell did he do that” either because of his hustle, basketball IQ, or his freakish athleticism.
he’s like joe ingles with no shooting but instead a 60 inch vert

Does everything but spot up shooting, was even pretty good on off the dribble 3s, elite athlete, IQ and on ball/off ball defense great feel for the game and a terror in transition. Shawn Marion, Iggy or even Ben Simmons with an actual motor are high end possible outcomes, hard not to like that out of a bought pick

This guys actually from my home town of Amsterdam New York wild to see someone from here in the nba

Went to the same school with him. He’s so humble and such a cool guy but a fierce competitor at the same time. Great pickup by the Bucks!

One of my favorite [plays of him](https://www.ncaa.com/video/basketball-men/2023-03-25/must-see-moment-alex-karabans-buzzer-beating-three) is him coming out of nowhere to intercept an errant pass at the end of the half in the tournament and immediately find the shooter for a three. Incredibly good at finding the open man in transition after grabbing the rebound and an elite defender against [high level athletes](https://twitter.com/bgeis_bird/status/1609223010833113090).
