Yeah I’m gonna assume a lot of college kids watch film…
Yeah, see, this is why I think they’ll be great and will probably surpass Miller and Scoot (well, maybe not surpass Scoot but will tie him, at least), in terms of impact. They’re gym rats with high ball IQ who love analyzing film (they had an ESPN interview showcasing as such and I was impressed). They came out of nowhere because they worked at their craft and will continue to improve exponentially.
Maybe they won’t get as much points as their peers but just like how CP3 had just as much worth as a 18ppg/10apg point guard as a 30ppg player did, the twins combination of athleticism and well rounded skills could make them unstoppable.
Because some of the star players that watch film and obsess the most are Lillard, Paul George, Jimmy Butler, and Lebron.
Those are players who continued to improve and add more facets to their game. They will their teams to victories and they love the pressure.
Isaiah probably recognizes this because, as an almost undrafted player under 6′ who pushed himself to become All-Star caliber guard, he is cut from the same cloth.
