Palming the ball used to be illegal, against the rules. It’s allowed now not because of a rule change but for entertainment and the NBA got lazy. Which also why they don’t call 3-4 steps as travelling.

He went deep in the draft cuz of his outside antics. He’s definitely a steal but the problem is he should have got drafted to a team where he’d have the green light like the wizards or Detroit. He’s on a playoff team with a decent amount of wing players. His playing time might not be what is expected to prove himself
