The wolves have been really good with second round picks i think both these guys will be productive at some point…..
Good point on drafting players a year early. Buying low.

Conley has been fire with every trade but the gobs trade. Even the gobs trade could still work.
Towns can't be traded until the 29th so I'm not sure why you guys thought a draft day trade could've happened

Both picks are steals! Leonard Miller will have a similar role to Jarred Vanderbilt when he was with the wolves.. role player that brings high energy, easy buckets, rebounds, and defense. Jaylen Clark is a scorer but will need to get healthy, but he was considered a 1st round pick before he got hurt
Jaylen Clark can play elite defense but I don’t know if he can play at the nba with how bad his offense is.
Leonard Miller fascinates me. He is athletic, he can rebound, he has some passing skills, and can play defense. I could see him being a steal for us. What position would the wolves play him as is what I’m wondering.
So does the team need another player who can only defend? I WAS HOPING TO GET Bates because we will need more bench shooting. Its hard for me to believe that Clark will be as good asna defender after the injury.
Playing def requires being a step ahead and soeed bursting to get the steals. Im sure that he either cannot anymore or wont because of a fewr of getting reinjured.
And the Towns trade talk is foolish to me, especially before Rudy. If anything Rudy screwed up the team chemistry and build. So why talk about trading towns first?
