It’s easy to look at athletes and think their concerns about money are trivial because they’re millionaires, but it’s worth remembering the average career length of a pro athlete regardless of the sport is maybe a few years, only the absolute best make a shit ton of it, and back then a max contract was less yearly than what Duncan Robinson makes right now.
