    Dame’s leaving the Blazers, just a question of where. Portland ain’t getting the Gobert bag the Jazz get, (why the TWolves give up all that for Rudy I’ll never know) but it’ll be something.

    TBH, Dame want to be the big fish in a small pond, failing in Portland is quite different from failing in NY/LA/Miami. Dame want to get the money and seem to be loyal. Winning don't mean everything to everybody. No criticism but love for him so far in his career, he gonna face real challenges when he go to a real contender.

    Lillard will finish his career in Portland. Riley no NBA GM/ owner is taking on that contract. 2024/45 million by 2027/ 63 million. Even the new blazers GM stated. It’s easy to be loyal with that kind of contract.!!

    I think Damian Lillard forcing a trade would be like Jimmy Butler wanting out in Chicago. The fans would turn on the front office — not the loyal player who was patient through failed rebuilds and attempts to put talent around him. And Dame was even better and more patient than Butler was while in Chicago. Guarantee Portland fans just start rooting for whatever team Dame goes too.

    Lakers need a scoring point guard. They need to try and get a guy like Fred Van Vleet that can shoot threes and doesn't really need to handle the ball. I think his price tag is fairly cheap right now. Could easily see the Raptors being interested in a DLo-centered trade for him if they throw in some other nice pieces.

    I am not a DLO fan but I'm not going to completely ignore what he did in the entire post season. The DLO comment was a bit of a stretch that he was a no show. He only struggled in the Nuggets series. It's funny how they forget what he did in the first 2 series. I am not saying keep him because he is a lot of money but let's be honest, there were some games in the first 2 series he bailed out the Lakers

    As much as people talk about offense I am having a hard time understanding why people are saying Dray should get paid before/more than Klay. Dray won’t even look at the basket half the time 😅

    Herro(sadly), Kyle/ Or Duncan, Picks/ and possible pick swaps. Add haywood Highsmith if needed, and i wouldnt but if needed add jaime. If portland wanted this deal they should have made the trade before draft. Id play hard ball keeping jaime at this point but would give late if needed. Jovic is not up for no trades. If we giving up herro heat keeping Jovic. I speak for all heat fans with this. We keeping somebody young… We drafted. Heat keeping jovic. Dont ask for him. Unless you dont want picks… With an s and jovic instead. It will possibly be a 3 team trade.
    Edit: Pat Riley said he aint putting no Wrecking ball through it(basically said, its not needed) they lost out on a cheap john Collins trade(price not cheap). Dame better hurry up, and if not heat should move on looking for the small ways to build and add on. Examples that 1st year they added Dion Waiters, John Johnson, for example, was good add ons. Heat will basically pull that adding to this team. I see 2 or 3 possibly undrafted guys being able to make it. You will see jamal Cain this year id believe, and possibly some Robertson who you seen play when we needed a center. Jamal Cain can be the next Vicent/Max strus. 2 undrafted are Powell who can shoot(Duncan) and Drew(undrafted 6'9 Herro) both can make it and be something. The 3rd guy is a toss up for they others. Is see 2 others with potential. A center and a guard.

    I love Dame and his approach to all this but he's an incredible talent and I just want to be able to witness him thrive and compete. He deserves it. As a Portlander all I can do is yell "LET DAME GO",

    Dame looking like a hoe. Allowing others to indirectly speak for him, it's disgusting coming from someone we know to be a stand up person. If you want to be trade to Miami, then say that to the brass of Portland.
