Jordan Walsh FIRST Celtics Interview After Draft

Jordan Walsh gave his first interview as a member of the Celtics after they drafted him number 38 overall, saying he fell in love with Boston in recent days and will work as hard as possible to make the fans love him. He talked with Al Horford about putting in work at the facility, and hopes to fit in next to Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum.

  1. Let’s see if he can become a new Marcus smart, type of player but one who defers leadership to the jays and JT in particular

  2. I swear I thought NBA 2K had the cheesiest questions during interviews but fuck this guy takes the cake

  3. He seems excited yet composed. And it seems after watching this that he is eager to learn and improve. I can’t wait to see his first game on the court. Welcome to Boston!

  4. From what I hear he's a somewhat skilled player but a huge effort guy. I like that. Team needs more forwards in the upper 6 feet to rebound and play physical. The team used to have too many tiny guards, lately it's been basically no big frontcourt guys (Tatum does not play like a frontcourt guy).

  5. Will he get a real opportunity with this coach in training not knowing how too use a bench. When the Celtics were in dire need of scoring and a spark he kept Payton.Pritchard buried on the bench.

  6. Jordan Walsh seems like a combination of Derek White and Aaron Gordon; Humble, yet Humorous.

  7. U know Boston and New York have great doctors if u want your hair back

  8. No cap it’s amazing how 19yo can be so comfortable in front of media now

  9. Like Brad Stevens said that there is something special about this kid you can see in him and you believe in him it’s his hard work he puts into his craft

  10. Welcome to Boston!! Don't listen to social media catch the vibe from the crowd.
    Boston fans have ur back!

  11. I love his attitude. Hope he achieves his potential and we witness and benefit from it as Celtic fans!

  12. Hello Celtics fans. Mark this down: Jordan Walsh is going to be a regular NBA contributor in one year. I hope the Celtics commit to him.
