   I could imagine they’d be upset. He’s probably the only reason any of them want to watch. It’s like if Pulicic is out for an international game against a Euro team. We’re like oh shit. Do we have any shot?

   They feel used, which is understandable. He’d been hinting at playing for Italy since before Duke. They rushed his citizenship. Would easily be the most talented player to represent the county. But as a fan of Paolo, I think it’s more beneficial for him to be around and train with NBA stars, rather than having to carry a mediocre team on his shoulders for many summers to come. “The guy born and raised in Seattle wants to play for team USA, shocking” – stolen from Twitter

   I thought the only reason he’s not playing for Italy was there own bureaucratic bullshit. He was all disappointed on twitter when he found out he couldn’t play for them. So they need to stop whining. Go Team USA 🇺🇸
