The cards probably represent the team roster before the 1994 off-season.
Some remarks:
– Signed Horace Grant and Brian Shaw in the off-season, while traded Scott Skiles away.
– Magic was arguably the most popular team that season, with Shaq and Penny’s jerseys everywhere. They finished as no.1 seed in the East.
– They defeated Jordan’s Bulls in 2nd round; also beated Reggie Miller and his Pacers in 7 games. However, they lost to Rockets in the Finals, including the infamous 4-consecutive-missed-FTs by Nick Anderson in Game 1.

I love these cards

the best cards were the first year of skybox. My family owned a Card store in Orlando from 1992 to 1996 and those were great years.

I have a huge lot of Magic cards mostly from 2020 but also some shaq and penny. Would trade for any Cole Anthony rookies.

I recently found a 1989 ‘official NBA’ Jeff Turner card at an antique store, lady gave it to me for free. There’s an emblem on the front showcasing the “1989-1990 expansion team” Orlando Magic. Hoping to get Jeff to sign it one of these days as he’s really easy to talk to after games if you get into the lower bowl.
