I love these progressions from bold takes to losing excuses as the Nuggets continually proved people wrong.
I’d like to ask them if they saw Lebrons flop in game 2 against Jok or if they coincidentally forgot that one.
There’s a balance sometimes this is right and sometimes people think they can foul the shit out of big guys without a call.

“figured something out” and “unlocked something” were exact phrases used by many, seemingly independent commentators during those couple of days. its almost like someone gave them a script and told them to stick to it. you oftentimes see this in politics, but this is the first time I truly noticed it in basketball, and imho its not a coincidence that it was about one of LeBron’s teams.
