I have no problem with what he said
Tobias doesn’t understand that it is less him and more his salary. The expectation for what he is getting paid is greater than his ability to fulfill that. In addition it handicaps the teams ability to truly round out a strong bench. Nobody should be paid 39 million 🎉to be a fourth option.
No disrespect to him as a person but he’s just so MID as a basketball player Average is literally his middle name..he plays too damn cute and soft I’m sorry but he’s not what he thinks he is.
Imagine if 6ers just somehow got rid of Tobias Salary that would’ve HELPED a lot.Shot 6ers would’ve been able to do something during FA knowing they couldn’t during the Draft.I really want 6ers to find away to get a shooter like Donte DiVincenzo who payed at Nova and was the reason they won in 2018.Donte would help a lot specially with his Elite shooting.

I want him traded because he's overpaid & it's a bad contract. If we can get the right piece in return (I prefer Buddy Hield) then it will be a good trade to execute.
I have no issue with anything that Tobias said. He’s right. The only disconnect is his contract. He is paid like an ELITE player, which he is not. So, fans have a right to be outraged, even if it is a bit off base. I want him traded. Been wanting him traded, and not because he can’t play, or is a bad guy. He’s just a really bad fit with this team, and he gets paid way too much money to be a 4th option
We need athletic wings that can play defense rebound nd knock down a spot up 3 tobias was getting torched against Boston nd wasn’t knocking down no shots he wants the ball so we should just trade him at this point
I agree with Tobias and I usually always do when he talks because he is a very genuine and down-to-earth type of guy. And he is another player pointing out what he sacrificed to try and win because most fans miss that nuance. If anything the Sixers are doing something right or Doc was because all these guys bought in and tried we just folded in the 4th Q of game 6 and that was our season. Tragedy considering we were not folding all year including even those playoffs. But again a couple different bounces of the ball and we are in the FInals playing the Nuggets. We are a lot closer than people realize and running it back when teams like the Hawks are giving away their 4th options for free seems to be the best trajectory for success.
