Do you remember before the playoffs started there was a group of people saying that they hoped the Lakers would match up against the Nuggets in the first round because the Lakers would easily sweep them and then the playoffs started and Denver faced the Lakers in the WCF and the Lakers got swept? One of my absolute favorite things was seeing all the Lakers fans who argued “it wasn’t a sweep” basically because LA tried their best. That’ll be a life long memory. It’ll keep me warm on some cold nights 20 years from now lol.

True story, my 6yo son is just getting into basketball recently. He made a Nuggets pennant out of foam paper at YMCA summer camp this past week. This morning, as I was driving him to his camp, completely out of the blue, he asked me “Dad, did you know that LeBron James cries every time he gets called for a foul?”
I just about died laughing.
