Coach Jacob Rubin Previews Golden State Warriors 2023 Summer League
Jacob Rubin met with the media ahead of the Summer League to discuss the Golden State Warriors’ roster and his first opportunity to lead as head coach.
Why are we ignored do only a small # of us realize Warriors will never get another ring without a 7footer that can jump and catch lobs. I like this dude…..for no other reason if u watch him on the bench during games he is actually happy and celebrating when the young guys are making plays….and it's not an act. Alot of ego and negativity around the team this past year from players and coaches….maybe he can atleast bring some joy to the summer leauge and young guys

W''s, its obvious you need a big coming off the bench. Rebounding hurt you all last year. Loon played all 82 games but what if he gets injured? There is no big if he does. I vote to bring in Demarcus Cousins again at 6'11 265. Our bigs in the past were great screen setters ( ZaZa) for the shooters, then go and attack the boards. But in DM, you get a physical presence, a guy who will keep opponents from being over physical on our smalls like all last year. You can get Cousins for Vet minimum for the bench rotation, the 15th spot. He played great in Denver, his last NBA team. He can score too, but rebounding is the help we need off the bench.
