Go Knicks!
Obi could not put the ball on the floor, really hard to watch him play some nights.
I worked out a rough minutes breakdown of the Knicks nine man rotation – it's a little crowded
32 minutes each: Brunson, Randle, Robinson
24 minutes each: Hart, Hartenstein, Barrett, Grimes, Quickley, DeVicenzo
C – Robinson 32, Hartenstein 16
PF – Randle 32, Hartenstein 8, Hart 8
SF – Barrett 24, Hart 16. Quickley 8
PG – Brunson 32, Quickley 16
SG – Grimes 24, DeVicenzo 24
Now the Knicks have 10 guards 😂
i still think the knicks need a backup pf. especially vs the taller teams.
Obi was a poor defender, couldn't create his own shot, no post moves. So basically he was a fast break and lob dunk machine which doesn't really fit Thibbs system. He should do well in Indiana and I wish him the best. In the mean time, the knicks really need another forward, 3 and D guy. I'm assumming they are planning some more moves before the season begins.
TheKnicks botched it yet again. No first round picks in the last two years. The chose RJ Barrett over Donovan Mitchell. So now we move the # 8 pick in 2020 in return for two 2nd rounders?? I understand that the club was trying to do good by Obi which was a
good thing. The problem is because Thibs didn’t given him enough minutes we still don’t know what he projects to be. So Indiana is like we’re not giving you anything other than two seconds because we don’t know what he can do because he hasn’t played. That’s all on Thibs. We bring in DiVincenzo which was ok, but it’s a redundant piece. And we still need another PF to back up Randle, so where is the benefit? I have read about putting Hart or RJ at the 4 which is ridiculous!! RJ gets cooked at the 2 and 3 so he will get obliterated at the 4. Hart is only 6’4 he can’t stop a legitimate PF. But wait!!!! If Thibs is having an epiphany about small ball, then why not play more small ball with Randle at the 5 and Obi at the 4?? I digress. Every day I see teams getting better and the Knicks have not improved one bit. There is the notion of running it back, well if you recall the Knicks were only 2 games better than the Nets and that’s after they traded away Durant. In a perfect world both Toppin and Reddish will do well and that will help 0:06 facilitate Thibs exit. Lastly, we still have Fournier on the roster 🤔🤔 what is that about?? The CAA connection isn’t working, maybe we might want to consider Klutch Sports.. oops!! I forgot they don’t want their players going to New York.. gonna be a long season!!!
yeah i still don't like Donte's signing , like the Knicks got so many guards doe wtf
Why is she here?? I appreciate the push through attitude but boo you sound awful.. go home and get well soon
Toppin was excellent in the fast break get easy lay ups or alley oop dunks but still cant shoot consistently and in today's nba thats a no no.
